The ThunderBell Training Program (TTP) uses the device as a dumbbell, barbell and kettlebell to simulate the movement of traditional weight lifting. The dynamic and transitional movements can isolate muscle groups to provide definition to various muscle groups. Recommendations for joint exercises are also present on the DVDs accompanying the device.
